2 ¼ cups yellow cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup turbinado sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 ½ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1 ¾ cups low-fat buttermilk
1 cup mashed roasted sweet potato (about 1 large)
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
¼ cup butter, melted
