Jodie Block, MS, RDN, CDN is Founder of The Health Institute of Nutrition, active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and recipient of the Certificate of Recognition of Excellence in Scholarship in Nutrition. Jodie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with her Masters in Nutrition, Certified Dietitian/Nutritionist, Diabetes Health Educator, and nationally recognized for her work in Woman’s Health and Healthy Weight Loss Nutrition. She has served as guest expert at various NYC Health Clubs and Wall Street Corporations. She has been featured on television and radio broadcasts including CBS News and Fox 5 Good Day New York. She also served as a college professor, all while living in NYC, prior to moving to San Diego with her family.
