A personalized cream-colored 8" x 10" certificate with a gold-tone ADA seal to display your registered status; suitable for framing. Includes name and current registration period. DTRs who remit the registration maintenance fee on an annual basis will receive a one-year certificate. DTRs who remit the registration maintenance fee for a five-year period will receive a five-year certificate. Allow six weeks for delivery.
