Rice is a great side dish, but if plain white rice is getting boring, change the flavor and the texture of your recipes with specialty rices.
Jasmine and basmati rice have a fragrant flavor and aroma and are especially good with Thai and Indian food. Arborio rice, a short-grain rice, gives Italian risotto its creamy texture.
Adding vegetables to any rice brings nutrition and flavor to your side dishes.
