Dietary Guidelines
Dietary Guidelines issued every 10 years instead of every five years. These tools can become more valuable to consumers by allowing for more comprehensive research and education between revisions.
In both the House and Senate, talk to lawmakers about the importance of the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and express that these tools can be made more valuable if they are issued less frequently. A longer interval between guidelines will allow time to carry out and analyze emerging research and to better inform and help the public use the Guidelines.
