Leadership Institute Highlights

Explain ADA's commitment to investing in members to maintain a leadership pool that has a knowledge base of cutting edge principles and resources. Below is more information and highlights you can share:

• ADA invites around 300 members serving in a variety of leadership roles.
• ADA has opened the opportunity to interested members who can document their interest, commitment and recognized level of leadership potential.
• Nearly 1,000 food and nutrition professionals have attended the Leadership Institute since its inception.
• ADA provides all certificate program materials and books, receptions, all meals (except Friday evening) for the two and a half day program.
• Attendees are asked to cover the $479 registration fee, airfare, travel, housing and one meal.
• The Leadership Institute is an integrated, intensive, multi-format certificate-training program in the theory and practice of leadership.
• The event features well-known respected speakers on topics ranging from effective communication; appreciative leadership, strategy and performance, conceptual leadership and empowerment.
• Participants will experience a comprehensive set of skills that can be used to strengthen leadership performance, master change and advance the goals of the profession.
